Luke keeps getting hit by the 3:00 slump:

"Hi Dr. Kilstein,

It seems like I am the most tired right around 3 PM.

I can barely keep my eyes open at the office.

Is there a Finger Healing that can help me stay awake?

Thanks,

Luke"

Hi Luke,

Keeping up with the demands of a long day can often be exhausting.

And the late afternoon, after lunch, can be the hardest to stay awake.

Many cultures in Europe have the afternoon siesta where they take a nap after lunch.

But not all of us are as lucky.

So here is a fantastic Finger Healing that you can do anywhere–anytime, to recharge your batteries so you can keep going:

Sit comfortably with your back straight but not stiff.

Extend your arms straight out in front of you, parallel to the ground.

Make a fist with your right hand.

Wrap your left fingers around the fist.

Keep the bases of your palms touching.

Keep your thumbs together and extended straight up.

Focus your eyes on your thumbs.

Breathe long, deep, and slow.

Hold this position for three minutes.

As you breathe, you will begin to feel energy building in your hands and flowing throughout your body, recharging it.

Your hands activate the main energy channel in your spine, bringing energy up and down your entire body.

Be sure you hold your head up straight while using this symbol.

With this new refreshed energy, you may find it useful to do some light exercise to get you moving for the rest of the day and keep your energy up.

If you find yourself with low energy frequently, it’s time to take a closer look.

Are you eating the right things? Getting enough sleep? Drinking enough water?

Taking care of yourself should come first.

Another cause of low energy might be stress.

If you’re having a problem, I recommend using the Overcoming Obstacles symbol to solve it.

This symbol is perfect for anything standing in your way.

It’s just one of the amazing symbols included in the Finger Healing DVD set.

And it’s available exclusively by clicking here:
